Shipping and Delivery

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) order placement. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day.

Your order is shipped from our warehouse on the Central Coast, Australia and transit times vary between 1 to 6 business days. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please note that delays may occur due to Covid-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes as per Australia Post.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $110.

For orders under $110, we offer a flat shipping rate of $9 that will be displayed at checkout. 

We ship your goodies through Australian Post based on the delivery address. All orders have parcel tracking and you should receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and charges depend on the weight of the order and the delivery location.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties (including VAT and any processing fees) imposed by your country of residence.

PLEASE NOTE:

Twinxie Girl is not responsible for any items that may be held within customs. If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the Australia. Please check with your local government authority before ordering if you are unsure.

Packages undeliverable by any carrier and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our warehouse, minus delivery charges.
