Yes, really! Twinxie Girl was created specifically to ensure the health of our little ones’ skin (check out our story here) by using natural and organic ingredients. So, we only use ingredients that are non-toxic, chemical-free and originate from nature – and the majority of those ingredients are certified organic, too.

Absolutely! That’s exactly why we created Twinxie Girl: To give tweens and teens beautiful, age-appropriate cosmetics. We know there’s a real lack of safe makeup out there for girls of all ages so all of our products
are natural, organic, vegan, cruelty free, nut-free, dairy-free and gluten-free.

FYI: We trust the quality of our products but we do recommend a patch test before first use as every skin reacts differently to different ingredients.

Of course. We love our furry friends, so none of our products are tested on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.

Twinxie Girl is expertly formulated by a chemical engineer (with certificates in advanced cosmetic science and another in advanced colour cosmetic formulation!) who also happens to be a mum. And as our products are created specifically for young skin, you can be sure that our little ones are at the heart of every single thing we do. That means natural, organic and good-for-you ingredients, no nasty chemicals and beautiful, age-appropriate shades. We empower and guide our girls to have fun and express themselves. And we do it with non-toxic, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan and cruelty free cosmetics.

Great question. As a mum, I not only wanted the best possible products for my daughter but also to inspire her to be the best version of herself. How could I create healthy cosmetics for her to use? Fuelled by the lack of safe makeup products for tweens and teens, I set-up a lab at home (I’m a chemical engineer, too), determined to give my best not just to my daughter but to yours too.

I experimented and experimented with non-toxic, natural, organic, vegan, gluten- and nut-free, cruelty-free makeup for kids. You betcha. We know how tricky it can be to find a cool, age-appropriate present for girls of any age, so we’ve made sure that every one of our products is safe and suitable for gifting. You can either pick-and-mix between the individual natural eyeshadows and natural lip glosses, or check out our carefully curated collection of gift boxes here.

Please do! When developing our natural eyeshadow range, we made sure each product was richly pigmented and could double as a blush, bronzer or highlighter. And all of our natural lip glosses are super buildable, in case you do need a deeper colour. Plus, you know your little one’s skin will be hydrated and soothed when they come off stage. Win-win!

Like we said, quality ingredients are the key to developing the perfect cosmetic formulation. We understand that it can be complicated trying to figure out what is and isn’t good for you, and that there’s a wealth of misinformation available on the internet. So we take our ingredients selection very seriously.

At Twinxie Girl, we follow a strict process when it comes to choosing the main ingredients in any of our products. For an ingredient to be eligible, it must pass through a rigid selection matrix. We pay very close attention to things like where the ingredient came from, whether it’s gluten- and nut- free, whether it’s free of parabens, phthalate and petrolatum and what the benefits to the skin are. Unless an ingredient can get through that matrix,
it’s not going in our products.

You’ve probably figured out by now that all of our ingredients are non-toxic, natural and, wherever possible, organic. They’re also gluten-, nut- and cruelty free.

For our natural lipglosses, we use:

Nope! We do not use any ingredients that contain egg, wheat, milk and dairy and any nut oil or butter.

For our natural lipglosses, we use:

We absolutely do. A couple of things to note:

1. International shipping rates depend on the weight of the order and the delivery location. The charges will be calculated at checkout.
